90 day notice V2 (PDF)

Keep an eye out for more than holiday cards and packages when checking your mail this holiday season! Voters on the Active Early Voting List (AEVL) should receive a 90-day notice in their mailboxes soon regarding the 2024 March Presidential Preference Election (PPE).

If you receive a notice in the mail, complete, sign, and return the REGISTRATION UPDATE SECTION below ONLY if you want to:

  • Cancel the mailing of your ballot for the upcoming election.
  • Change your mailing or residential address. The mailing address must be in Arizona to remain on the Active Early Voting List.
  • No longer want to be on the Active Early Voting List.

This 90-day notice is in reference to the 2024 Presidential Preference Election only. In this Presidential Preference Election, voters who are registered with either the Democratic or Republican parties will vote for the presidential candidate they want to represent their party in the General Election. Independent voters must register with either the Republican or Democratic party eligible to participate in the PPE.
