December is National Cat Lover's Month, and we have a special kitty looking for a home! Meet Maxwell, who was found as a stray in October. Sadly, no one came forward to claim him as their lost kitty. Maxwell has been watching all his friends in the cat room get adopted before him. Typically, the shelter's cats are adopted within a week or two, but Maxwell has been with us for two months.
