Economic and Workforce Development Director Highlights Pinal County Growth at Phoenix State of the Market Event - On Thursday, October 12th, the Pinal County Economic and Workforce Development Department was a sponsor of and presented at the Bisnow Phoenix State of the Market event in Scottsdale. At this half-day meeting, over 200 commercial real estate professionals, including brokers, developers, and investors, heard about the Phoenix area market and future opportunities. Economic and Workforce Development Director James Smith showed the County's recent Economic Development video and provided a short presentation highlighting the growth and opportunity in Pinal County. As part of the event, the department also hosted a booth to network with attendees and provide additional information. This event provided significant value as it was an opportunity to address attendees who work primarily in Maricopa County and, in many cases, are not aware of recent developments in the County.
