The Pinal County Medical Examiner's Office has released its Annual Report, which reveals the trends in the 1182 cases they investigated. In this video, Operations Manager Andre Davis and Medicological Investigator Emily Vecchi discuss the overview of this year's findings. These findings included an increase in motor-vehicle-related deaths due to unrestrained passengers, a new category reflecting the rise in infant deaths, primarily due to unsafe sleeping conditions, and a sharply increased rate of suicide-related deaths, up 109% from 2017 and 30.6% from the previous year.
