On Wednesday, the Board of Supervisors cut the ribbon on the County's new Medical Examiner's building, located on Bowling Road in Florence, behind the Justice Complex.
The building, which cost $8.5 million and took fourteen months to build, is four times the size of the County's previous facility and provides much more capacity for the Medical Examiner's team. Swan Architects designed the building, and Danson Construction was the General Contractor.
