Pinal County is updating the Subdivision and Infrastructure design manual and is seeking comments on the proposed update. The Pinal County Subdivision & Infrastructure Design Manual is intended to provide guidance and direction to the development community in the preparation of subdivision plats and infrastructure improvement plans.
The Pinal County Subdivision & Infrastructure Design Manual sets forth Pinal County standards and policies for infrastructure design and assists in the preparation of the technical plans and reports for submittal to and approval by Pinal County.
The 2023 Pinal County Draft Subdivision & Infrastructure Design Manual clarifies and supplements requirements in the Pinal County Codes, including the Subdivision Regulations, Zoning Ordinance, Drainage Ordinance, Stormwater and Floodplain Regulations, and other regulations for land development within the unincorporated areas of Pinal County.
