"Billy has been with Fleet Services for over seven years. He has worked in many of the County shops - San Tan, Hidden Valley, Casa Grande, Florence, and now Arizona City.
Billy is a very good equipment tech. He takes pride in his work, is very dedicated, and is knowledgeable with computer code reading, welding and fabricating, and general repairs. He is here every day with no complaints. He does all this with one hand. He was born this way and doesn't know any different.
