"When a taxpayer collapsed outside of Building E while trying to come in to file Assessor paperwork, Diane was alerted to the situation and went out to the lobby. She helped the lady to a chair and asked if she needed medical assistance. The woman said no, but was very shaken and out of breath, so Diane took it upon herself to collect her paperwork and take it to the Assessor window on the lady's behalf so that she did not need to get up again. When everything was filed, Diane helped the woman to her car and ensured she was safely able to drive.
Diane went above and beyond to assist this customer in completing her business, even though it was with another department. She demonstrated her commitment to providing service to our citizens with care and compassion."
