On May 12, Pinal County Public Health will celebrate International Nurses Day, a time to reflect on and honor nurses for the critically important services they provide to the community. These nurses truly care about the clients and communities they serve.
Last year, Pinal County's team of Public Health Nurses provided over 7,300 adult and child immunizations, 6,300 reproductive health screenings, and 640 breast and cervical health screenings. Additionally, the Casa Grande and San Tan Valley clinics were awarded the Dr. Daniel T Coud Outstanding Toddler Practice Immunization Award. Click on the video to learn more.
