Process for Bingo, Fireworks display, and liquor license

Original applications and fees are due in the Clerk of the Board (COB) Office thirty (30) days prior to a Regular Board Meeting of the said event for Board recommendation.

Upon Board recommendation, the COB Office will mail said application, inclusive of the endorsement by the local governing body form, to the Arizona Department of Revenue for final decision.

The Pinal County local governing body fee shall be payable to Pinal County Government.

  • Class A - $5
  • Class B - $25
  • Class C - $50

Fireworks

Upon Board Action, the COB Office will mail and email said Board decision, inclusive of the executed permit form if applicable.

Liquor Licenses

There are four (4) types of liquor license and permit applications that are first submitted to the Clerk of the Board (COB) Office (Pinal County, unincorporated area only).

Upon Board recommendation, the COB Office will forward said application, inclusive of the endorsement by the local governing body form, to the Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses and Control (AZDLLC) for final decision.

The Pinal County local governing body fee shall be payable to Pinal County Government.

  • Application for New License, Any Series $100 (except Series 15)
  • Application for Location Transfer $100
  • Application for Ownership Transfer $50
  • Application for Sampling Privileges $50
