Clerk of the Board
The Clerk of the Board of Supervisors is a County officer, as described by Arizona State Law (A.R.S. §11-401[A]). The Clerk is appointed by the Board of Supervisors and is responsible for preparing the agenda for Board of Supervisors meetings, taking minutes at Board meetings, and writing the minutes and preserving them for the permanent record of the County. The Clerk is responsible for documents received and generated by the Board of Supervisors and also has various statutory responsibilities related to Board actions and duties.

Applications for Bingo License, Fireworks Display & Liquor License
Please be advised when you wish to submit your application, the original application and fees are due in the Clerk of the Board (COB) Office thirty (30) days prior to a Regular Board Meeting of the said event for Board Action.

Financial Disclosure Statements
If you were a public officer at any time during a calendar year (even for a day), you must file an annual financial disclosure statement between January 1 and January 31 of the following calendar year. If you are newly appointed to fill a vacancy in office, you must file a financial disclosure statement within 60 days of the date you take office.
