Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
It is the policy of the Superior Court of Arizona in Pinal County to assure that qualified individuals with disabilities have equal and full access to the judicial system. The court makes all reasonable efforts to meet the needs of people with impairments or disabilities. Pinal County Superior Court will generally, upon request, provide appropriate aids and services leading to effective communication for qualified persons with disabilities so they can participate equally in Pinal County Superior Court's programs, services and activities, including sign language interpreters, documents in Braille and other ways of making information and communication accessible to persons who have speech, hearing or vision impairments.
Exterior ramps are available at the Pinal County Superior Courthouse. There is also a wheelchair available at the court security desk.
Auditory Impairments - Listening Devices
All courtrooms and hearing rooms are equipped with Assistive Listening Systems that allows a person with auditory impairments to sit anywhere in the courtroom and hear the proceedings. Should you wish to use the Assistive Listening System, simply ask the bailiff or come to the 2nd-floor Law Library to check out a device yourself.

ADA Grievance Procedures
Any user of the court system, including but not limited to parties, attorneys, jurors, witnesses, or members of the public, who believe that he or she has been subject to discrimination by the Superior Court based on a disability, can pursue a complaint through the Superior Court Grievance Procedures.
