NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pinal County Board of Supervisors and/or Board of Directors will hold meetings at the Pinal County Administrative Complex, Board of Supervisors Hearing Room, located at 135 North Pinal Street, Florence, AZ 85132.

The Board may go into Executive Session for the purpose of obtaining legal advice from the County's Attorney(s) on any of the meeting agenda items pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.03(A)(3).

Board of Supervisors and/or Board of Directors meetings are subject to change without notice.

MEETINGS

Pursuant to the Open Meeting Law, the Board of Supervisors and Board of Directors Meetings are normally held at 9:30 a.m. as follows unless otherwise stated:

  • Regular Session Meetings on selected Wednesdays
  • Work Session Meetings on selected Wednesdays or Thursdays
  • Special Session Meetings as necessary
  • Emergency Meetings are pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.02 D

AGENDAS AVAILABILITY

Agendas are normally available the Friday prior to each of the above-scheduled meetings.

CALL TO PUBLIC

Consideration and discussion of comments from the public. Anyone wishing to address the Board may attend any of the upcoming Regular Board meetings and address the Board during the "Call to Public" at 9:30 am. Up to three minutes will be allowed for each presenter to speak. A warning system (card or light) may be used to time presentations.

Debate or dialogue with the Board is not allowed during Call to the Public. Pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.01(H), if it's not an agenda item, the Board response is limited to: 

  • Asking staff to study the matter
  • Request placement on a future agenda
  • Respond to criticism

These three responses must take place at the conclusion of the call to the public.
