Development Impact Fees are pursuant to Arizona Revised Statues 11-1102, and are adopted for the purpose of promoting health, safety and general welfare of the residents of Pinal County by:
Implementing the Pinal County Capital Improvement Plans
Requiring New Development to pay its proportionate share of the capital costs to Pinal County associated with providing parks facilities, public safety, and streets necessary to serve New Development by paying development fees related to those facilities
Development Impact Fees are assessed and collected at the time of Building Permit Issuance.
