The Pinal County Board of Supervisors supports the efforts of all nonprofits throughout Pinal County. Support is provided through partnerships, advocacy, financial resources, and support as a financial pass-through agency.

Board of Supervisors Non-Profit Grant Program

Each year, the Pinal County Board of Supervisors provides grants through the General Fund to eligible organizations whose projects align with the county's strategic goals. Projects and organizations should contribute to the county's cultural, social, and economic vitality by addressing a community need and promoting benefits to the general public as opposed to a special interest or persons.

Contributions may be made to any governmental agency or to a nonprofit corporation that enjoys and maintains federal tax-exempt status as long as all monies are utilized for the purpose determined to be public by the Board. If more than one nonprofit corporation is selected for a fiscal year, the Board shall determine the portion of the money that each will receive.

Eligible applicants must:

  • Be a federally recognized 501 c 3 or 6 organization
  • Serve Pinal County residents and
  • Submit a complete application by the published due date

Applications for FY 2023/24 are being accepted from Sunday, April 9, 2023, until 5 p.m. on Sunday, May 7, 2023.
