Kate Milewski
Kate Milewski has been with the Public Defender's office since 2013, having spent over six years as a prosecutor with the County before that.
She is a graduate of DePaul University College of Law J.D., 2004; Admitted State Bar of Arizona 2006; Admitted Illinois State Bar 2004; Downs Law Offices, P.C., Chicago, IL, 2004-2006; Pinal County Attorney’s Office 2007-2013; Pinal County Public Defender’s Office since 2013.

Susan Crawford

Anne Elsberry
AttorneyAnne returned to Arizona in 1993 to attend the University of Arizona College of Law, after earning her bachelor’s degree at Pomona College. She earned her juris doctor, cum laude, from the University of Arizona in 1996. After law school she served as a law clerk to Chief Justice Stanley Feldman at the Arizona Supreme court and later as a career law clerk to the late District Court Judge William Browning. After twelve years in private practice focusing on criminal defense, appeals, juvenile and family law in Pima and Cochise counties, she worked for the Pima County Legal Defenders Office from 2017-2023. She joined the Pinal County Public Defenders Office in 2023.

Pima County Public Defender’s Office (Assistant Public Defender). Sabrina has dedicated her law career to pro bono work, representing those who can't normally afford access to our justice system. She strives to bring the justice system closer to the ideal championed by the notion of liberty and justice for all every day. She joined the Pinal County Public Defender in September 2023.
